Fine, that maybe so--but indeed the timing is what the timing is.
That is I think very few folks vary the timing on mag ignition systems from that
set by the builder. 24ish for 7.5 CR, whatever Barrett recommends for his
8.5 CR engines. Again I have read lots of Taylorisms here over the years
and think I have a handle on the theory--now lets compare real world
performance. paul
