I think perhaps the part you're looking for (or a close proximity - i.e. 90
degree brass) is Lancair (Aerocraft) p/n HK822-4 and is $8.25

It is used on many of the ES IO-550's as a surrogate for the cylinder fuel
drain sniffle value. The restriction is spec'd as 0.05" in the build
manual.
