You sound like you're in a hurry, not the best way to be when you're
checking out in a new airplane. Even if you have a lot of high performance
time, I would still think it would be a good idea to work with more than a few V
speeds. I would recommend Ron Galbraith for training through HPAT.
He's done a lot of first flights and initial training for the ES guys.
I would rather err on the cautious side.
