In the 1998 LIV builders manual, I have not found any reference to a nose gear strut turning decal. I have reviewed the Lancair Service Bulletins and although there is a reference to a Nose Gear Turning Limit Decal, there is no listing of the mechanical limits, part number or reference for obtaining such a decal.
