Kevin, I just went through this with my Mk II tail for my LNC2 a few months ago. Your problem is either with your trim tab arm location or your clevises. It looks like you have the TT-02 trim tab arm, which seems to work better than the TT-01 arm. Take off the clevises and position the elevator and trim tab in a neutral position (like in level flight with no elevator deflaection), and make sure the hole in the trim tab arm is directly above the hinge pin on the trim tab hinge (if I remember correctly the arm sticks above the trim tab on thr Legacy, as opposed to below the trim tab on the LNC2). If it is too far forward or aft it can affect your travel symmetry. Now position your servo at the center of its travel, and measure the distance between the hole in the servo arm and the hole in the trim tab arm. If this distance is less than the distance between the pins on your clevises, you're going to have to get creative. Mine was all of 1 inch. Maybe I can use my clevises someplace else, but not on the elevator trim tab. I'm making a custom attachment. Thanks to Pete Barber, Bob Patusek, and Tim Jørgensen who helped me solve my elevator and trim tab problems. Gary Fitzgerald LNC2 standard build ~67% Engine: TBD St. Charles, MO [We had a similar problem with Ted Noel's IVP... once the proper distance between the servo arm hole and the trim tab arm hole was determined I machined a small pushrod from aluminum rod that locked in that distance and allowed for symmetrical travel of the trim tab. Worked out very well. Photos attached. <Marv>
