Bob, I got one of those too and stuck it on per Lancair (what? - a couple of years ago now?) and it hasn't budged, regardess of the gear being tucked up in the engine compartment. Unfortunately, I don't remember off hand what the turning limit is that's depicted by the decal. Long story short, if you get another go ahead and stick it on - it'll stay if mine is any measure.
