I'll second that. Last annual (aka cond insp) I had to have the nose strut
rebuilt at the factory to the tune of about $800. The problem was related to
pins in the strut that are damaged by exceeding the turn limit.
I think they recommend never turning the nose past that pivot point (marked on
the nose post rebuild) even when hand towing. And you should not turn the nose
while the aircraft is stationary.
