I have speed brakes on my Infinity grip, on the inside (not outside) (ON)-OFF-(ON) switch locate centrally for the thumb.
Just if your don't want her to activate the copilot's switch, just disable her control of the relay. My copilot side can only LOWER the speed brakes, not raise them.
If unsure how to do this, just open the cannon plug and back out the UP pin from male side of the connector. Needle nose plyers will do this.

"gun" switch on the stick grip! (grin) Talk about inflight horror stories!
