He advise to "burn in the clutch" meaning run them up and keep the button pressed, run them down and keep the switch pressed, until the oil on the disc and the clutch get a bit more grabby. He recommended an hour of this, but a half hour of continuous (gruelingly boring) running seemed effective. But my problem was only their disinterest in coming down when commanded during flight speeds over 150 KIAS.
