For those inquiring minds that must know why I bought such things, the = answer is that I had the old Precise Flight cable speed brakes and I had = a choice of a) keeping them (in retrospect probably the best = alternative) b) tearing my wing apart to fit the new and - I can only = speculate why - different shaped Precise Flight brakes and c) buying the = Bill Maddox brakes which were reputed to work better anyway. Mine turned out to be DOA. They creep out on takeoff, pop out when = totally de-energized and are slow out to full extension. Bill was unable to resolve my problem and Wolstenholm is taking a while = to get a round toit. I'm going to guess that I need some cleaning solution and a couple = special tools to resolve my $4000 problem, but I thought I would ask = if anyone has been there before.
