Bill,
    just to be clear.   I think stall strips are a wonderful idea for a
number of reasons:
    - warning
    - less violent roll at stall
    - lower hstab aoa at/near stall

    I'm just trying to find the installation with the lowest downside.
    I think Jack Webb's comments covered the subject pretty well.
