Most any good hardware or industrial supplier has bronze bushings.
Try MSC or McMaster.
I used a 3/8" OD - 1/4" ID bushing. I reamed the hole with a .374"
reamer after drilling to a few thousandth under that.
Pretty straightforward press fit. Trim off any excess length of
course.
