Yes the equipment will change - even if they do not merge. I have Chelton and the current WSI hardware. They are changing satellite coverage and planned to replace the hardware free based on my buying a 2-year service program. This new hardware introduction has been delayed, due no doubt to their realizing that the merger might be possible. The current satellite coverage still works but I am looking forward to the new coverage, as it will be faster and suffer fewer drops.

I have the Chelton Sport system and I want to add weather.
