Are you a builder?  Or looking for a shop?  The reason I ask is that I have just finished sealing my IV-P and I still have the ultrasonic test equipment that I borrowed  from Joel Hall.  I'm pretty sure that he wouldnt mind if you used it.

Any chance you could get out to the west coast.  KTCY is pretty easy to get into.  Be happy to help.
