Been there, done those. A couple of starting points. 1) aggressively
twist the power wires together, 2) bring all of the grounds back to
power converter...don't daisy chain the ground wires or ground them
locally. After doing this, I thought I'd gone deaf--no sound.

Can any of the electrical gurus tell me what I might do to get rid of
some power supply whine? I installed some electroluminescent strip
lighting above my panel a while back, which I love, but the power
supply from the thing is whining in my headsets (directly
proportional to rheostat). I have been dealing with it, but it is
extremely annoying and I wuold like to get rid of it. Thanks.
