In our case, #2 com makes for two bright LED's and Com 1 has only one. I
guess we can use this as a measure of relative power. :-)) What a hoot.

If it makes you feel any better, just designate the brightened LED as a
"transmitting" indicator to confirm the radio is actually transmitting.
It'll make you feel better and you can brag about this feature to other
pilots who will immediately wish they had one of those too!
