In any event, notice that the certification allows for "person(s)" to have "fabricate and assembled" (sic) the named aircraft "....for my (their) education or recreation. I (we) have records...". Grayhawk built his Lancair last century, before the internet. He did it in the dark, just like growing mushrooms and he was fed the same feed. So, Any entity can register as an owner, any person or group of persons can build it and only one person can be the named repairman for it. Grayhawk will now go preen his ruffled feathers. PS: Why don't you guys go search the internet yourselves (EAA, AOPA, NTSB, GOOGLE, etc.)? It is a good exercise for negotiating through your future life.
