This is exactly what the FSDO and Registration Branch have, respectively, approved on the Operating Limitations and Registration. We also got a clear interpretation of who could apply for the Repairman's Certificate: either Schroeder, JG or Szot, RJ could apply. Ron Szot applied for, and received, the Repairman's certificate on Lancair ES ( S/N ES-160), N58WP This was coordinated in advance with both agencies. We also asked the EAA for an opinion and they concurred. I believe the original question on the list was whether a corporation could be listed as the builder; to which I must say: "I do not know."
