My IVP, serial # 166, has a door seal leak. If anyone has a source for replacing this seal or has a length of seal tubing that they are not currently using please contact me. I'm scheduled to take Pete Z's annual ground school and recurrency flight training this coming week,so time is of the essence. If I can't get a new seal in place in time, I'd also be interested in techniques to temporarily but satisfactorily seal the leak. By the way, I only discovered this problem when the pump failed to shut off on the ground and have not tried yet to see whether or not the cockpit will pressurize with this leak . Even with the leak the seal appears to fill the gap between the door and fuselage however the pump must keep running all the time to do this.
