That's the way we did it. The builder is Schroeder JG/Szot RJ and it is registered to Lake Norman Aero II, LLC. Szot, RJ has the Repairman's Certificate, which BTW, gives him only the authority to sign off the annual condition inspection.

aircraft any way you want, just like a certified aircraft BUT the builder has
to be a person.
