He wanted to register the aircraft in a trust. I sorted it out for him. You can register the aircraft any way you want, just like a certified aircraft BUT the builder has to be a person. I had a similar issue with a builder at my home airport.  He wante= d to=20 register the aircraft in a trust.  I sorted it out for him.  You c= an=20 register the aircraft any way you want, just like a certified aircraft BUT t= he=20 builder has to be a person.
