You'll have to = make all the final connections to the airplane wiring with the panel in = place, but you can do it sitting comfortably in the airplane, instead of = wedged upside down underneath. Bring all the wires to one lower corner = or the other, with enough service loop to let the panel swing up and = down without pulling any wires. I usually put a cord or light chain = between the top of the panel frame and the panel section to limit = downward travel to about 90 degrees.
