The problem with the 235/320/360 on takeoff is that the main gear is so far aft of the CG. This requires a lot of elevator to keep the nose high since it has to be rotated around the gear position at a shorter arm. However, as soon as the plane becomes airborne, the elevator force is now acting around the CG at a longer arm and so it wants to pitch the nose up right away, which can lead to over-rotation and some spooky moments!
