Yes Dave. CFS knows you have a Xbow in your turbine. But you did have the picture which means you either took someone elses Pinpoint appart or you knew who did.  At issue is safety of flight and I am sure that if you took a can opener to your 500, Xbow would be equally concerned.

Worst case seenario:

There is an accident.
Lawers find out you had information that may have prevented said accident.
Widow and orphans look sympathetic in courtroom.
Lawyers eat your liver (fava beans and Chianti optional)
The end.

If you havent done so already, you need to sidestep the liability and tell CFS what they need to know to resolve the situation. Don't let that secret bother you.
