To the panel builder or the purchaser, the line to Chelton is seamless. Had Chelton set up a system of dealers then the panel builders or purchasers have the option to obtain Chelton products from another source. One source could be perceived as better or more honest or whatever than another. That choice was not available. I think the perception of the buyer here may or should have more weight in front of a judge than a structure set up by a corporation to compartmentalize a product line.
