Gary, the Glide limit can be enabled and disabled on the Function Declutter menu.

On the MFD (not the PFD), press "MENU" then scroll and select "FNCT DCLTR.."
Scroll down to "GLIDE" and select. You should now see a check mark next to "GLIDE"
To finish, scroll down to "Done" and select.

That is it,  you should now see the Glide limit on your next flight.
