In light of the recent events at D2A, Crossbow has extended the upgrade period on our NAV425EX through June of 2007.  We are providing the free upgrade/fix to all NAV425EX users who wish to send their unit back to Crossbow as noted on our service bulletins.

In addition, we have been in contact with several dealers and have provided them with severely discounted pricing on the NAV425EX for customers who never received their Pinpoint unit and whom need an AHRS to complete their project.  If you have a panel in the middle of being built, please contact your local builder as they should have more information for you.

 

The NAV425EX upgrade program has been in progress since April of 2006 and over that time period we have upgraded approximately 40 of these units and sold countless numbers of the NAV42X family to other EFIS manufacturers.  Crossbow is completely confident in the fixes that we have put in place and we do not currently have any open bugs that we are working on.  We have seen a few installation issues, however we will happily assist our customers in resolving these issues to ensure that they achieve the proper performance from our AHRS.
