About the pressure building in flight, I have a

it cycles on during flight to repressurize. Do you know if your pumps
are doing that?
Steve,
It is not unusual of the cycles are short and far apart. Once
engaged, a pressure switch has a holding range of several hundred psi.
Under the rigors of flight, G greater than one maneuvers, temperature changes
and less than perfect seals, it is understandable that the pump
would occasionally need to re-build the pressure that is characterized by a
short blip.
My pump blips maybe once every 1/2 hour in flight. I have left my
airplane over a weekend on jacks with the gear retracted (power shut down) and
returned on Monday to see little, if any, door sag.
