Hartzel also makes a full feathering prop it's suppose to
extend the glide by 3 times. Gives a lot more time to
consider options

Its my understanding that once the engine stops (TSIO 550), you can only
change the prop pitch while the oil pressure lasts.  ===================================================================

With the MT prop the loss of oil pressure puts the prop into full
