The lister questioned why it = took an hour to call in the cut and also noted that the Chelton data = showed that he didn't cut the pylon. I had heard the same thing about = the ground track from Direct To and about the delay in calling in the = cut from several people who were there. Both questions are legitimate = and are not answered by pointing out that Rod placed "second" with a = penalty when he finished the race way ahead. RAR has always been a political organization and I am quite sure that = they will stonewall the matter. That said, it is a damn shame when = races are fixed, whether presidential or Reno. A lot of fans who pay a = lot to come to Reno each year deserve better.
