Regarding your info you published on the Lancair list: The manual for the Plasma CDI asks that the timing is verified with a strobe light before flight. What numbers did you see when you did this test and how did they differ from the display? With your engine not running, altimeter set to 0 ft altitude, what does your MP indicate on each instrument?
