Subject: Weakening hydraullic pressure over time in IVP

I have 880hrs TT on my IVP over the last nine years during which the hydraulics have functioned without any problems. Over the last 6 months or so, however, I have noticed that there is not as much "reserve" when the system is pressurized. In particular, in years past when the hydraulic pack stopped its run up and whining, I had enough pressure with the electrics off to raise and lower the flaps 2 to 3 times before running out of "juice". Now, the flaps go down once, but won't even come up fully once without restarting the hydraulic electrics.  The hydraulic fluid levels are normal, the flaps don't seem to be binding, and the gear and flaps go up and down normally in flight.

Any ideas on what's going on here? Anything to be concerned about?  Thanks.
