The Champion REM40E on the same Mags run ok, but the engine "purrs" using the Autolites. I have been doing a lot of musical plugs over the last month and have noted this difference. I am currently running the Autolites on the top 4 cylider positions driven with the Slick 4373 and Denso IK27 Iridiums on the bottom positions driven by the E-MAG. Only have 3 flight hours on this combo, but Engine is running very strong and cooling very nicely in climb and cruise. Why the Autolites work better is found in their literature, in that Unison contracted with Autolite to produce the product that would optimize the Slick Mag and Harness. It was a one sentence reference, but that is all I have to note as being the difference. I did put 8 Champion REM40E in all positions on both the 4373 and 4370 Mags and the "purr" was missing in each test. They ran the engine ok, but there was a difference. The engine is a Lyc 320 with 9:1 pistons and Airflow Performance fuel injection. I am using a Rod Bower designed induction that is clean and simple. The Prop is MTV-12. Jim Auman N235WC 235/320
