Careful if ordering the touch screen. It is not available with the View Anywhere (bright) screen. This is a must in the aircraft.
We just ordered a new one and almost made that mistake.
Also be careful with the plug-ins to the USB ports. Both of our ports went bad due to the constant flexing of the cables in our lap. The USB's are mounted on the mother board which is a layered board and the solder joints cannot be repaired. As soon as you get the Motion make sure you get a USB hub and mount on the back of the Motion. Don't plug anything that is going to constantly move into the ports on the computer.

I've got the LE1600. The smaller LS800 may work for some if you really want
it small. I fly a 360 and have found a way to mount and use the larger
1600. Motion just came out with a touch-screen version of the 1600 (ie. no
pen required). Could be interesting.
Problem with the Motion is the hard drive craps out at 10k feet. My old
Toshiba could handle 18k feet and never had a problem. That said, the
Motion is a great screen and very bright. Don't know about the nits...
