I was fortunate to do some "Aircombat USA" fighter pilot sorties a few years ago in their Extra 300L.  We managed to pull 6 g's sustained for about 5-6 seconds and managed to hang on (amid loud grunts to try and keep the blood above the neckline).  It was amazing how you could stall the plane at a reasonable air speed but pulling the g's.  Chris's graph illustrates the point.  B.T.W. - make sure you are sitting straight up and resting your arm on your leg when you do this.  As well, if you've eaten, may sure it's light stuff as you will likely decorate your interior.

  In a normal pull up, you may pull 3-3.5 G's max.  According to your
  chart, you would have to be around 130 Kts to stall.  You don't continue
  to pull those G's once you get the nose up...if you did you would loop.
  Also according to your chart, if you were are 160 Kts, it would take
  about 6 G's to stall...most of us would at least grey out at 6.
