Michael Fopp asked for pictures of  flap microswitch installations for the AOA on a 360. Attached are two photos of my switch, mounted on the outback flap torque tube rather than at the center bellcrank as suggested in the installation instructions. I thought that place was a bit too congested. Also I seem to remember that it is suggested the switch activate at something like ten degrees of flap rather than at full up. Anyway, I mounted the microswitch on a bracket attached to the rear spar and put a phenolic cam on the torque tube. This gives me two adjustments: the cam can be rotated on the tube and the switch has a small fine adjustment through one of the mounting screws going through a slot in the bracket. My battery is mounted behind the seat, so the switch is in the battery compartment, out of the way and well protected.
