I first test flew it for 15 minutes over the field and then, after landing and looking the plane over, flew it 400nm home to Detroit. It flew like a top. It took 7 hours to get to Padacah through Memphis on Northwest and 2.5 hours to get back in my Lancair. Small Lancairs just can't be beat for traveling.
