I've had two problems: 1. It won't work with Norton anti-virus enabled. You've got to disable it. 2. Jeppessen recently enlarged the amount of data on the download. I had a 2mb card and it wouldn't work. Changing to a 4mb card fixed that problem. Other than those two issues, it's worked properly. Sure beats having to swap cards via mail.
