I purchased the Skybound system from Jeppessen and
have used it successfully to up date my data base card several times. This
time however when I re-installed the card into the radio, the message came up,
"no data base found." I called Jeppessen they reloaded the download and I
tried it again, same results. This morning I called tech support and they
had me run a verify, it came back that the download was successful.
The tech support said it was either the card or the
radio, they are clever over at Jeppessen! He suggested I buy another card
since they are cheaper. I have done so and am now awaiting
delivery.
I am wondering if anyone on the list has any ideas
of insight for me. Has anyone opened up a card?
