I suppose Mr. Roma could have converted his "LanceAir" IVPT to a 2-seater, but I doubt it. "McMinnville air controllers"? Give me a break; McMinnville is a FSS. And I'd be surprised if the NTSB knew he was in trouble before he landed. Ok, ok, I'm probably being too critical. As my wife likes to tell me, "Only you or another pilot would know the difference."
