I had installed electric seat heaters in the rear seat. Both the back and bottom. They made a significant difference for the rear pax. This is an inexpensive way to keep them comfortable. BTW I had a ground speed of 265 knots!!! I had high cyl temps on #1 and #2 so I had the MP pulled back to 28". Normally, I would be at 31" so the speed could have been higher. To save the math that is over 300 mph. OH BABY!!!!!
