Jacked the airplane to swing the gear. The pump runs anytime the battery switch is on. With the pump motor circuit breaker pulled, the up and down solenoids audibly click when the gear switch is cycled. With the motor running (CB reset), cycling the landing gear switch had no effect other than a slight difference in tone of the running pump. The gear doesn't move. Gee, I wish the hydraulic pump weren't located behind the aft baggage bulkhead.... I hope to get some more time with the system tomorrow.
