Some builders are interested in pulsing anti-collision lights and I've
recently purchased from Aircraft Spruce a Pulse Lite Unit made by Precise
Flight.

Pete Cavitt showed me his flashing lites and tells me they are controlled by
a mechanical flasher made by a company that makes flashers for emergency
vehicles - cop cars and such.  He told me he'd get the mfg data for me.

My question is - does anyone else have experience with this type of
controller and what do you  think of them.  The Pulselite is about $180,
while Pete says he got his for about $40 - has been  flying with it without
problems for 500 hrs I think.  The lites appeared to work great to me.

Regards,
John Barrett
