The spark plugs are all the same. They have 14mm threads that do
not fill the usual 18mm sparkplug holes on aircraft engines. Thus, adapter
bushings are used and some came out with the plug because the bottom thread of
the plug had enough deposits to lock it onto the adapter. Other plugs came
out alone and the adapter was removed separately. The pictures were taken
before the plugs, adapters and gaskets were cleaned up.
