"I've been having major oil consumption problems with my 360 ever since my prop strike, and subsequent engine overhaul, two years ago."
"They blame my set-up (electronic fuel injection and electronic ignition) and are refusing the honor the warranty or run it with the existing set-up."

Matt, you might want to take a look at
http://www.ellison-fluid-systems.com/products/injectors.htm

The Ellison throttle body is a fairly cheap bolt-on carb ( actually more like a single point injector ) for your fwd. facing sump. It is fed directly from a std. engine driven fuel pump ( diaphragm type, 5 psi ) with a std. Facet pump as backup for TKOF and LDG. Your filter setup might still work, but you will need carb heat and mixture control.
No, I am not married with Ellison Fluid Systems, but I bought  an EFS 4-5 for my own 360. Haven´t flown it yet, tho...........

With all this said I still have a hard time believing, that your electronic ignition and fuel injection has anything to do with a high oil consumption but, then again, I never was the shapest knife in the drawer............  In fact, it sounds like 100% bullsh*t to me. Unless, ofcourse, your seemingly unreliable ingition system fired a tad early causing a total piston melt-down.......  :-)

I, for one, sure would get a second opinion from someone who is not economically involved with the high oil consumption and who has the guts to fire up your engine with the existing setup!
