 A removable stick is a reasonable option, but I want my co-pilot to be able
to take control easily if asked, hence the center stick idea.  Holding it with
the left hand would be "normal" for someone used to left-seat flying most
certified aircraft.  The real challenge, I think, will be routing the throttle
lever(s).
