Difinitely move the battery as far forward as possible. In fact if you use the B&C 110 battery; you can build a battery box and hang it on the motor mounts on the right side, slightly tilted and still get cowling clearance with the short mounts. This will give you a real benefit on CG. Also move the hydraulic pump from the aft bulkhead to behind the passenger seat for ease of service. Install a vetical wall from the aft edge of the top cross piece of the seat down to the floor; cut a rectangular access hole on the passenger seat back about 1 foot square for access, service and removal and mount the pump on the vertical wall. You now have a storage compartment for oil, rags, filler, small tools etc. Moves the CG forward some more. Bob Smiley N94RJ
