Kinetics (Teledyne) makes a nice handheld unit "Stripal" that sells new for ~$330 (www.techni-tool.com) but these are frequently available on ebay for $65 to $125. Search "wire stripper". I just searched and there are three listed including one from David Riddle Company (800-544-3746). I have purchased from them before and the ones I bought had been rebuilt and were quite nice. There is only one listed but they can get more.
