In fact, a lesser know Christian symbol is the
Chi-Rho cross, made of the first two letters of 
"Christ" in Greek.

 Earl, there's nothing secular about "X-mas" (note it should be hyphenated).
The "X" is simply a modernization of the Greek letter "Chi", the first letter
in the Greek word for Christ & Christian, sometimes used like the fish
pictogram in times of persecution as a secret symbol.  Knowledgeable
Christians don't mind the shorthand.
