Due to some documented problems with the electronic ignition on Lee Behel's IO-550 Legacy, I was persuaded to use two mags ( Pressurized ). I am also aware of the case of a IO-540 ( probably the same one mentioned ) and that made me think that I was correct in not using the electronic ignition. I think that Lee's engine was the first to try that particular electronic ignition on a IO-550. However, I believe that Ron Barnes was happy with his installation.
